1、协助项目经理完成电池材料的设计及制造过程开发；
2、参与电池材料中试生产线开发；
3、对接电池生产过程，召开电极材料改进；
4、参与材料工程制备过程中的问题研究；
5、编写相关实验方案、实验报告等技术性文档。
1、硕士以上学历，材料、化学化工、新能源材料与器件等相关专业，并具有良好的化工原理知识
2、拥有3年及以上电池材料、电解液企业生产开发经验或相关课题研究经验
3、沟通及协调能力佳、工作严谨
