1、负责前驱体、正极材料开发、配方改进和工艺优化，负责技术方案及相关技术文件的输出及转化
2、负责前驱体、正极材料小试、中试生产，参与相关设备选型，中试线开发，处理试产过程中的问题
1、化工、新能源材料与器件相关专业
2、有3年以上锂钠电行业相关工作经验或相关工艺的课题研究经验优先
3、执行力、沟通能力、协调能力佳、工作严谨
4、自我驱动型性格，工作态度端正，责任心强
